      We source our Beef Liver exclusively from certified Australian Organic grass-fed and finished cattle

      This is simply a freeze-dried food in a convenient to consume capsulated format, so you can take as is, or you can empty the contents of the capsule into recipes such as soups, pasta, rice, stir fries and much more.

      The liver is not defatted as we do not want to remove any of the nutrient value from the liver.

      When should I take Beef Liver tablets?

      There is no set time. As it is a food, you can consume it as you would any other food. We usually have ours with lunch and again with dinner.
